虫牢，又名桐牢亭，俗称桐窝。春秋时属郑地，今新乡市封丘县居厢乡桑村东北牢坑为其遗址。

周定王二十一年（前586），晋景公召齐、卫、朱、杞等9国诸侯在郑地虫牢开会，这就是历史上的虫牢之会。
